Home care across London, nail care in five south and east London boroughs, and three supported living homes in Whitton, Kingston and Uxbridge.
Three different footprints
It is worth being precise about this, because a lot of care websites imply they cover everywhere and then turn you down on the phone. Our three services do not all cover the same ground.
- Home care is available across London. If you are in Greater London, ask.
- Nail care visits currently cover Lewisham, Blackheath, Tower Hamlets, Bromley and Southwark.
- Supported living means our three houses, which are in Whitton, Kingston and Uxbridge.
If you are just outside one of these, call anyway. We would rather tell you honestly on the phone than have you assume.

Close to a compact, largely pedestrianised town centre, the riverside and Kingston Hospital, with frequent trains into London.
Uxbridge
Hillingdon, at the western edge of London. A proper town centre, plenty of green space, and the terminus of two Underground lines.

Common questions about our coverage
Do you cover the whole of London for home care?
Home care is available across London. Whether we can staff a particular package in a particular postcode depends on the hours involved and where our carers are, so call and ask. We will give you a straight answer rather than take the enquiry and go quiet.
Why is nail care only in five areas?
Because it is a mobile visiting service and travel time is most of the cost. Lewisham, Blackheath, Tower Hamlets, Bromley and Southwark are where we can currently reach people reliably. If you are close to those areas, ask.
Can someone from another borough move into one of your supported living homes?
Yes. Funding usually stays with the placing local authority. If a social worker is involved, put us in touch with them.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Costs are set out clearly in writing after the assessment, with no surprises added later. If an area is too far for us to serve properly we will say so rather than price it awkwardly.
